Rawdin v. American Board of Pediatrics: Lead counsel obtaining a trial verdict against a claim of discrimination under the ADA. Argued the case on appeal before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In re Imergent Securities Litigation: Counsel for Grant Thornton in defense of putative securities class action; prevailed at district court which was affirmed on appeal before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
