Accomplished civil litigation attorney with a broad range of experience in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appellate matters.  Litigation experience includes class action false advertising/consumer fraud cases, intellectual property litigation, unfair competition, securities fraud, RICO, employment litigation, partnership disputes, bank related litigation, and other general civil litigation matters.  Extensive experience in advertising compliance matters, including false advertising litigation against the Federal Trade Commission.  Represent numerous collection agencies and other debt collectors in defending against claims asserted under the FDCPA, FCRA, and related state consumer protection statutes.  Job history includes:
